Damian Connolly leads Sakura Business Solutions, bringing over 15 years of commercial finance experience and now an Entrepreneurial approach to clients.
As a former Group Financial Controller and Interim Finance Director, he has driven SME growth, led international expansions and key business projects across Ireland and the UK.
He has also been involved in client due diligence projects, and a specific exit process that resulted in an £80M offer.
Damian specialises in helping business owners boost profitability, build genuine resilience, and prepare their businesses to succeed, whether that means scaling, or planning a successful exit.
